Ethinyl estradiol and etonogestrel vs LamoTRIgine |
Security Level |
|
Mechanism |
LamoTRIgine: May decrease the serum concentration of Contraceptives (Progestins). |
Management |
Women using progestin-only “minipill” products may be at risk for contraceptive failure; it is unclear if other progestin-containing products would be significantly impacted. Alternative, non-hormonal, means of contraception are recommended. |
